Years ago visit Florence for the first time, I fell in love with it. I fell in love with the city and one of the things I remember the most was a tiny little restaurant that serves the best lemon ricotta ravioli - TO DIE FOR.

I’ve never tasted anything as amazing as this dish. I dreamed of this pastor and years later we return to the city instead sit out trying to figure out if the restaurant was still there.

After a few days of walking the area where we thought it was and searching menus online, we found it - Ristorante Del Fagioli.

It turns out it now has a long reservation waitlist to get in, and they’re more than well known for that delicious dish now. If you ever get the chance to head to Florence, you must try this place out!
